		<description>Don&#039;t despair, Jules!  One problem with all those books / videos / seminars is that for the off-days, they generate tremendous guilt, because things AREN&#039;T always together, moving forward, being creative, successful, etc. etc.  According to those books off-days (which we ALL have!) mean we&#039;re wimping out, missing the point, not to mention failing completely... Guilt guilt guilt!

If you really want to get the fun back, build a great big cheerful fire with all those wonderful self-help books, and make baked marshmallow s&#039;mores over the flames with the girls. Don&#039;t burn the DVDs, they&#039;re probably toxic.  Use them to play frisbee with the dog.

You&#039;ll be surprised at how light you feel afterwards... and how much easier it will be to just... well... smell the roses, and smile.  But just when you feel like it.</description>
