Just indulge me a minute.  Tomorrow I leave for New York!!!  Run around room several times waving arms in the air.  Oh yeah!  Back next week.  Been terribly busy organising the winner’s lunch and another deadline for The Telegraph was looming – you’ll see I’ve cheekily added My Telegraph Articles as a header to the top of the blog, I thought I was entitled now that I have two articles or it could be the kiss of death, time will tell.
